Return Policy
1. Return Period

- Be in perfect condition
- Be returned with its original tags and packaging

Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No return label is provided.
The customer is responsible for shipping their package.
We recommend tracked shipping.
PIEROCLUB cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

All PIEROCLUB products are offered as preorders.
Textiles are supplied by partners, then customized and printed in France.
Estimated production times:
- Textile sourcing: up to 17 days
- Printing: approximately 2 days
Descriptions and photographs are provided for information only and are not contractual.
3. Order
The order is validated after full payment.
PIEROCLUB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute or incorrect information.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information for delivery.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT).
Payment is made online via the means offered on the site.
PIEROCLUB reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Delivery
Estimated times are approximately 17 days (production + delivery).
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, supplier or exceptional circumstances.
A tracking number is sent by email after shipment.
6. Right of Withdrawal

Shipping Policy

All PIEROCLUB orders are preorders.
Textiles are first sourced from our suppliers (up to 15 days), then customized and printed in France (approximately 2 days).
The order is shipped once production is complete.
